What does it cost to list my facility?
Nothing to get listed. On the call after you apply, we walk you through exactly how bookings are paid out for a facility your size, with real numbers, before you decide anything.
What happens after I apply?
Our partnerships team calls you within one working day. Ten minutes to confirm your schedule and capacity, then we help you set up your listing. You stay in control of it.
Do I lose control of my schedule?
No. You choose which slots and how many spots go on Hez. If your Saturday evenings already sell out, keep them off the app.
How do members get in?
Every booking comes with an access code in the app. Your front desk checks the code, the same way you'd check a reservation name.
We're a single studio, not a complex. Is Hez for us?
Yes. Courts, fields and classes are all bookable on Hez, whether you have one room or ten courts.
How fast can we go live?
